WHEN BARNABY BEAR LEANED OUT THE WINDOW of Penny's room, he fell into a tree in the yard. He was caught where two branches grew out of the trunk, and he had no way of getting down. At the end of the summer he said goodbye to the robin and the chipmunk and he watched as the leaves turned from green to gold. Snowflakes fell and covered him over and he fell asleep. In March, the snow began to melt, and the wind blew so hard it pushed Barnaby out of the tree, swirled him around and blew him through the window into Penny's room. Explore the four seasons with Barnaby Bear.
